Hotel ini terletak di tengah desa Loco yang dikelilingi bukit nan hijau. Untuk menemukan hotel ini hanya berjalan sekitar 5 menit dari jalan utama menuju gang kecil Desa Loco - Senggigi. Terdapat 37 room dengan 4 tipe diantaranya standard fan (Rp 150.000), standard AC ( Rp 200.000), Deluxe room (Rp300.000) dan Superior room (Rp 350.000). Semua tipe kamar sudah termasuk Flat TV, hot and cold shower dan teras dengan view garden.

Budget hotel ini terletak di jantung Senggigi sehingga anda dapat dengan mudah menemukan fasilitas - fasilitas seperti cafe, shop, information center dll. Letaknya persis dipinggi jalan dan hanya 5 menit berjalan kaki menuju dermaga Senggigi jika anda ingin menyebrang ke Gili Trawangan. Design bangunannya ngebuat kita serasa di masa - masa kolonial gitu alias - tempoe doeloe. Terdapat kolam kecil dengan kedalaman 1,5 meter. Oh ya hotel ini ada bar& restaurant dengan life music loh :) Restaurannya lumayan rame, ada banyak pilihan menu seperti asian food, tradisional sasak food, sampe european food dengan chef profesional. Oh ya disini kita juga bisa menikmati wine, koktail dan yang paling laku keras buy 2 get 1 cold beer! 

Ada 4 tipe kamar dari mulai yang standard sampe yang deluxe, harga mulai dari Rp 200-450 ribuan dan kesemuanya udah include breakfast kok.
